Overlooking the village green in the idyllic Cotswold village of Wyck Rissington, Hope Cottage is an attractive and peaceful base for exploring the Cotswolds.  The semi-detached 2-bedroom cottage dates from the last century and has been completely modernised to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. There is a pretty enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage, with garden furniture and a barbeque for summer evenings.

The village of Wyck Rissington is situated in rolling countryside between the historic market towns of Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, and is a short drive from other well-known towns and villages such as Cheltenham, Cirencester, and Burford.  

Country-lovers will enjoy exploring the local footpaths and bridleways in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and dog-owners are welcome to bring their well-behaved pets. The Oxfordshire Way long distance trail passes just 100 yards from the cottage.

The owners of Hope Cottage live next door in Hope Lodge, and are always happy to offer suggestions  on places to visit locally, including National Trust properties, country pubs and good restaurants.
